The are many different techniques out there to grow taller or gain an increase in height. Such as getting surgery, growth hormones, get shoes that make you look taller, and all kind of devices. You’ve seen them you know what i mean. But if your still under 35 years of age you can still gain a few more inches with some techniques I’ll list here. There are more and you’ll find out more about those at the end.
These Top 5 are not in any specific order, they are as followed:
1)Sleep:Getting plenty of rest, is vital to growing tall because plain and simple, you cannot grow when you are awake. Your body needs at least 6 hours of sleep so you cells can expend and also your nervous system can get the required time to get back into alignment with the rest of your body from the grain of everyday life.
2)Eating Healthy: This is vital just for life itself so that your not going to the doctor every month, you should not live to eat but eat to live. Milk has calcium that is good for your bones, fruits and vegetable for your skin and eyes, and protein form meat and eggs for your muscles.It does mean you can’t eat what you like (Ice cream, cakes, fried chicken, etc) it just means eat more of the good stuff i mention earlier and lest the of the bad stuff. Plain and simple make eating healthy become a habit.
3)Exercise: Exercise is not just for growing taller but for also maintaining a proper bodyweight,so as not to get those overweight born diseases like obesity, diabetes, and many more. Stretching is the preferred form of exercise to grow taller like, yoga, palettes, and hanging from a bar. Stretching allows the limbs to elongate allowing you to grow taller and gain an increase in height.
4)Posture:Good posture is so important to growing taller i just can’t say it enough, stand with your back vertical, your chine up so your fist could fit under your neck and you knees straight. This will help you spinal cord to be place in the proper position so your body can grow taller
5)Playing Sports: I did a lot of this in high school not so much in college, the sports that help you get an increase in height are basketball, netball, volley ball, high jump and swimming. These are just some of the sports that allow your body to stretch and grow taller, so if you can participate in as much of these sports as you can you’ll see a few inches (cm) increase in your height.
In conclusion you can grow taller if you really want to, but you must be willing to do some work. You’ll never get there; just by reading alone but just follow the instruction in our guides and above you’ll grow.
